Practice this calm eastern exercise taught by instructor, Ashley Clayton. All levels welcome! Yoga is held every Thursday from 6pm-7pm indoors or outside depending on the weather. Yoga classes are included with the cost of admission or membership. Check in at the front desk when you arrive. If this is your first class, please arrive 10 minutes prior to the class
