About this event
Open to all skill levels! Students will learn various mounts, balances, poses and transitions that take place under the bar, on the bar and in the ropes. Static trapeze, Dance trapeze and Sliding trapeze. All of these help to develop body awareness, strength, grace and endurance. Proved time and time again: Once you actually spend some time on the trapeze, it will become one of your favorite pieces of equipment! *Completion of the one time Intro to Circus Aerials Class is required prior to enrolling in this class.
