Tuesday Group Run

About this event

What to Expect:

• Distance: Choose your own adventure! We’ll give you some run routes, but you can easily run out and back, allowing you to customize your run (don’t worry, the group run lead doesn’t leave until everyone is off the trail/road).

• Pace: All paces are welcome! We encourage all running levels to join!

• Post-run: Tuesdays we chit chat after, but no pressure if you need to head out!

What to bring:

• Comfortable running shoes & clothing

• BYOW - bring your own water!! Don’t forget to hydrate!

• Leashed, friendly pets welcome (if location permits)

• Positive vibes!

Run Club Waiver: By participating in this run club, you acknowledge and agree that you are taking part completely voluntarily and of your own free will.

You understand that running involves physical exertion and outdoor hazards (including traffic, uneven surfaces, and weather conditions) and that you participate entirely at your own risk.

The run organizers, leaders, and volunteers assume no responsibility or liability for any injuries, medical emergencies, losses, or damages sustained during or as a result of the session. You are solely responsible for monitoring your own physical condition, safety, and capacity to run.
