- ➤ New unemployment claims in North Carolina dropped last week from 3,518 to 3,289, according to the U.S. Labor Department – total national claims fell from 224,000 to 214,000, showing improvements for job seekers. The Fayetteville Observer
REAL ESTATE NEWS
- ➤ In Cumberland County, the median home list price fell to $274,995 in November from $279,975 in October and was 8.3% lower than last November. Homes averaged 1,813 sqft at $154 per sqft & 57 days on market with 376 new listings recorded, a 2.1% drop from the previous year. The Fayetteville Observer
