- ➤ A water main broke Wednesday overnight between Ramsey Street and Lawrence Avenue and officials said Rosehill Road would remain closed for several days while repairs continued, so drivers should use alternate routes. ABC 11

GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ On Monday, Dec. 15, Cumberland County hired a Fayetteville organization, Manna Dream Center, to run a planned 100-bed Unhoused Support Center with a $2.89 million operating budget — the county also approved negotiating with the Salvation Army for emergency and winter shelter services with payments not to exceed $1 million. - ➤ Fayetteville repair crews and police are working on a waterline break that closed Rosehill Road at the Ramsey Street intersection and may take several days to fix—drivers are advised to use Courtney Street from Ramsey Street to access Rosehill Road. WRAL
