- ➤ Army Master Sgt. Ben Hultquist, a Fort Bragg soldier who rides his bike on Reilly Road, warned that a pedestrian hit by a white Kia Forte last Saturday at 8:30 p.m. died and that deaths tripled between 2023 and 2024, urging the city council to install proper signals and crosswalks—he said these measures will help keep everyone safe.
