- ➤ Cumberland County named Diane Pfeifer as the new director of Animal Services on Jan. 2. - ➤ Eligible agricultural business owners can apply for up to $50,000 in aid under Cumberland County’s Agricultural Business Assistance Program - funded by American Rescue Plan dollars to offset hardship from weather and market challenges.
