About this event
Zen Girls is designed to support preteen girls (ages 9–12) in building confidence, connection, and emotional awareness. Each session includes a blend of mindfulness, creative art, journaling, games, and time in nature—offering a calm, supportive space to slow down and grow from the inside out. Guided by experienced educators, Girls will leave each class with tools for self-expression, resilience, and meaningful connection. AGES 9-13
