About this event

Every Nature Tales session features an engaging, themed storytime led by Cumberland County librarians and a child-friendly craft project selected and prepared by CFBG environmental educators. Storytimes are enhanced with engaging songs, puppets, and movement breaks. Themed crafts allow children to connect with nature and create a keepsake of their Garden experience.

There are two consecutive one-hour sessions of this class offered on two different days. The same class is available multiple times to accommodate more kids.

Target Audience : Designed for ages 2-5 with a parent or guardian. Siblings are welcome to accompany if included on the registration.

Nature Tales Storytime Benefits :

• Supports preschool social and emotional development

Location : Please check in with the Gift Shop on arrival. Nature Tales may meet in our indoor Classroom or outdoor Children’s Garden Pavilion. Come dressed for the weather outside!

Fee: This program is completely FREE (admission is only required if you want to walk in the Garden on your own after the program).
