About this event

Designed specifically for neurodiverse teens and young adults, this small group fosters social connection, self-awareness, and creative expression through yoga, mindfulness, and process-based art. Participants build social-emotional skills and peer relationships through expressive language, collaborative dialogue, and inclusive activities that honor individual strengths and communication styles. Guided by certified educators, the class nurtures confidence, creativity, and a sense of community. AGES 13+
