About this event
The Cumberland County Schools Exceptional Children’s Department invites students and families to attend the 2026–2027 Transition Fair. This event is designed to connect students with resources, support, and opportunities that can help them successfully prepare for life after high school. Families will have an opportunity to explore information related to education and postsecondary pathways, career preparation, community connections and resources, and strategies for future success and independence. The Transition Fair encourages students and families to Explore. Connect. Plan. Thrive. as they identify opportunities and plan for the future.
